The simulator comes Plug and Play factory assembled by default and includes a professional grade direct drive steering force feedback system that is designed for the ultimate in authenticity and realism and offering direct feedback of the cars steering system, road texture and general forces.
MOTION SYSTEM
2 Actuator haptic feedback system with 1.5 inches of travel per actuator, providing realistic feedback of the road surface texture as well as tactile vibration feedback of the road surface, engine and impacts. The DBOX motion technology uses electrical movement providing an ultra reliable and ultra fast system with zero maintenance. G-FORCE SYSTEM
This model is equipped with our seat belt tensioner system with racing harness providing G-Force effect on the body. This incredibly effective system applies pressures to the body under breaking creating sustained g-force sensation, aiding in the control of your breaking and providing tactile feedback with regards to how hard you are breaking.
STEERING SYSTEM
Essential to the simulator is a suite of professional grade controls by utilising market leading hardware. First up is the direct drive system which features industry leading Simucube 2 technology.
A commercial strength direct drive force feedback system offering realistic and powerful force feedback utilizing an industrial grade motor. STEERING WHEEL RIM

DIGITAL DASHBOARD
Backing this up is the digital display dashboard providing you with essential race date directly in your eyeline.
With a vibrant 4.3in LCD display and 16 integrated RGB LEDs, the DDU provides an intelligent interface to your Vesaro simulator.
Using 16 full RGB LEDs, all individually adjustable in function, colour, and brightness, you can create your perfect data display.
PEDAL SYSTEM
To compliment the steering system are the Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic pedals system, a custom Vesaro version of the industry leading Heusinkveld pedal technology.
Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic pedals are commercial grade professional pedals with full hydraulic operation of all three pedals for the ultimate pedal feel.
Maximum brake force is 136kg (300lbs). Maximum clutch force is 45kg (100lbs).
Fully adjustable pedal geometry and pedal force. Adjustable hydraulic damping on every individual pedal.
Load cells measure throttle and clutch position and brake pressure providing true linear output in relation to your pedal input. Load cells do not wear over time.
Travel is adjustable from 10 to 20 degrees on the throttle and from 14 to 24 degrees on the clutch.
Each pedal features a fully adjustable adjustable hydraulic damper. The brake and the clutch both feature a 2-way damper. This damper adds resistance depending on how fast the pedal is pressed or released. The throttle pedal features a damper which resists speed at the ingoing stroke. This helps with smoothing the throttle application.
The dual stage brake system consists of an initial coil spring, simulating the pad to disc gap and progressive rubber springs. The pedal firmness is adjusted by selecting from 10 different rubber stack heights. With 136kg or 300lbs max force, this pedal easily requires 36x more effort than regular consumer grade brake pedals. Braking using muscle memory improves accuracy and consistency.
The clutch features a regressive spring mechanism allowing you to greatly adjust the effort, travel and feel. The maximum pedal effort of 45kg or 100lbs is again far greater than that of regular consumer grade pedals, but lighter settings are easily selected.
COMPUTER SYSTEM
The simulator includes our custom built Vesaro PC which uses only the best cherry picked components for optimal simulation performance. All Vesaro PC's are built in house by the same technicians building the simulator ensuring that everything seamlessly ties together for a complete unified solution.
SEAT
The simulator features an authentic GT style driving position with raised pedal position and angled seat by utilizing the GT seat conversion system.
Base on our commercial strength framework with adjustable pedals height and position using a quick release system. Adjustable seat position and adjustable height and angle.
The simulator includes a professional Corbeau Carbon Motorsport grade racing seat for the ultimate in comfort, looks and performance.
AUDIO SYSTEM
On-board audio provides a clean setup with high quality on board components including an Alpine low profile subwoofer located under the seat and a digital amplifier powering 4 custom Vesaro satellite speakers. This avoids having separate subwoofer or components sitting on the floor with trailing cables as found with other simulators on the market.
TACTILE FEEDBACK SYSTEM
Additional feedback is built into the simulator by utilising a powerful tactile feedback transducer which utilising our unique delivery system feeding the forces evenly through the seat and chassis. Other tactile feedback systems often create hotspots on the body where they use multiple smaller transducers, in the centre of the back of bottom for example, our system avoids this problem creating the kind of tactile vibration you would get in a real car.
VISUAL DISPLAY SYSTEM
This system provides a compact setup by implementing our compact triple display stand product mated with three high end 32 inch curved displays for an immersive wraparound visual solution.
