1. Plug in Controller (Wired)
2. Install MotionInJoy (offline version) http://www.mediafire.com/?ca6jmdo10uj4322
3. Shut Down, Start PC up, keep pressing F8 and then disable driver signature enforcement.
4. Go on MotionInJoy, then Driver Manager, and one of the ports should come up. Press Load Driver, wait for the install and then restart PC.
5. Load up MotionInJoy, press Enable (test controller is working through vibration test) and voila!
Anytime you want to use controller, load up MotionInJoy and press Enable. If the controller has been disconnected and you receive no input, press Enable in the application again.
