Windows will not boot when USB devices plugged in

On boot up windows gets stuck but loads ok when no USB devices attached
Solution :
go into bios by pressing delete or F2 on startup, then set bios to ultra fast/fast boot
Set Boot option priority Hard Drive 1st.
Fast Boot = Enabled
USB Support = Disabled
PS2 Devices Support = Enabled
Next Boot After AC Power Loss = Fast Boot
Legacy USB support - enabled
Under Windows 8 Features
Storage boot option control = disabled
