Controls freeze randomly during games

Controls randomly stop working during a game and user has to click mouse button on screen to re-enable the controls.
Possible Solution 1
> Right click Audio icon in bottom left of screen
> Select "Playback Devices"
> Disable any devices that are related to your displays audio, your audio should be using the proper audio device. These other audio devices are isntalled when your TV has audio capability and although are not being used can cause conflicts in the background.
Possible Solution 2
> Right click your desktop and click "Screen Resolution" and check the current resolution, this should be 1920 x 1080 for Single Displays or 5760 x 1080 for Triple Displays. If incorrect launch the "Catalyst Control Panel" or "Nvidia Control Panel" depending on your graphics card and set the correct resolution.

> ensure that you don't have any programs running in the background that could be interrupting the game, disable programs that are running and test to eliminate possible causes.
