How to fix 'screen scaling' issue

Sometimes the desktop may decide not to use the whole screen. This occurs mainly with Radeon graphics cards. To fix this:

- Go into the Catalyst control center.
- find the screen up scaling
- bring the bar so there is no under scaling.
- voila!
